Natural Cotton Meditation Zabuton Cushion

Zabutons are rectangular cushions traditionally used under a meditation pillow or bench to pad knees, feet and ankles, but they're also a versatile yoga prop. Laid flat, it's a perfect shoulderstand pad and folded, it can be used as a bolster. Removable cotton outer cover surrounds two inches of cotton batting secured by a tufted muslin cover. Sturdy harness holds the cushion in a bolster shape, and provides a handle and shoulder strap for carrying.
